About

Founded in 2013 by multi-hyphenate creative powerhouse Paul Feig and co-helmed by his Emmy Award winning producing partner Laura Fischer, Pretty Dangerous Pictures, previously Feigco Entertainment, specializes in developing edgy and commercial films with an emphasis on complex female lead characters. Most recently, Pretty Dangerous produced The Housemaid starring Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried, which earned over $300 million at the global box office, becoming Feig’s most successful film to date. Under the FeigCo banner, they most recently produced Another Simple Favor starring Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick, which broke records as Prime Video’s second most watched original thriller ever.

Other notable film projects include Spy (2015), Ghostbusters (2016), Snatched (2017), A Simple Favor (2018), Someone Great (2019), Last Christmas (2019), Holler (2020), The School for Good and Evil (2022), and Jackpot! (2024). In television, Feigco produced Other Space, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist and Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas, Love Life starring William Jackson Harper and Jessica Williams, Minx starring Ophelia Lovibond and Jake Johnson for Max, and Welcome to Flatch. Feig and Fischer also co-founded Powderkeg, a digital content company dedicated to championing underrepresented voices, with a commitment to female, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC creators. Powderkeg’s projects include the Muslim-American digital shortform series East of La Brea and the Powderkeg: Fuse program, which produced short films written and directed by diverse female filmmakers.
